Steven Pollack MRICS

Steven has over 25 years’ experience of transacting commercial real estate. He began his career whilst still studying at university, co-ordinating consortiums to acquire commercial and residential property in his home City of Liverpool.

In 2005 Steven joined the highly regarded investment management fund, Frogmore Real Estate Partners (FREP) and qualified as a chartered Surveyor.

In the Estates Gazette podcast, Jo Allen of Frogmore, reflected on Stevens can do attitude when she first met him as young graduate sat in the reception at Frogmore  waiting until Paul White had five minutes to give him some property advice. “I ended up having a chat with Steve and he had the right attitude, it shone through. I said come and work for me for six months and we’ll see how you get on.

“’But there’s one thing’, I said to him, ‘you need to change your haircut’, it looked like the hair of a Premiership footballer.”

Not only did he change his haircut but more importantly Steven gained invaluable experience and exposure from direct involvement of circa. £2bn of acquisitions for FREP Equity Fund I & II.  A notable deal that he was significantly involved in was the purchase of the Gladman Portfolio, comprising 13 office parks.

In 2010, Steven co-founded a successful niche commercial investment agency, Buchanan Bond, advising on over 250 transactions exceeding circa. £1.5bn of commercial real estate throughout the UK.

In 2022, Steven sold Buchanan Bond to Estate Office, an established and dynamic property consultancy.

During Steven’s tenure at Estate Office, he concluded on numerous transactions, notably the acquisition of Wicker & Eagle House, Worthing.

In 2023, Steven launched Maple Real Estate to continue to do what he does best, offer an accessible service with the upmost integrity to clients who require someone with the vision and creativity to effectively transact even the most challenging portfolios

Steven is a proud dad and husband and when he isn’t working or spending time with the family, you will find him playing tennis or putting up photos of his beloved Liverpool FC in his home office, the only place in the family home that his Evertonian wife will allow them to go!
